All Slimta footwear comes with a 3-month warranty from the date of receipt, covering any defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, neglect, or inappropriate use.
To make a warranty claim, please fill out the form below with a detailed description of the issue, including the environment in which the shoes were used, along with your order number.
Special Notice: This 3-month warranty policy applies only to customers who purchase shoes directly from our website. If you purchased our shoes from other platforms (e.g., Amazon), please contact the respective platform's customer service for after-sales support. Note that any insoles purchased separately are not covered by this warranty.
