SLIMTA Return & Refund Policy

At SLIMTA, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the order date. Please review our return policy below for detailed information.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Please include a copy of the packing slip or your order confirmation email with the return.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective. In the case of defective items, SLIMTA will cover the replacement’s shipping cost.

We recommend using a shipping carrier that provides tracking and insurance. SLIMTA is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages until they are received at our facility.


Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary, so it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit. Refunds cannot be processed to alternate payment methods.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately. We will guide you through the return process and cover the return shipping cost for defective items.

Exchanges

SLIMTA does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please follow these steps:

  1. Return the original item for a refund.

  2. Place a new order at your convenience.

This ensures you receive your new item quickly and avoids the risk of it going out of stock. Please note that shipping charges apply to new orders.


In-Store Returns

For items purchased from independent retailers, please contact the retailer directly for their return policy and procedures. SLIMTA cannot process returns for items bought from third-party stores.


Important Notes

SLIMTA reserves the right to refuse returns of items that:

  • Appear to have been worn or used.

  • Are not in their original condition.

  • Are missing tags or parts.

  • Are no longer in stock.

We may also limit returns if we believe that a customer is abusing our return policy.
